Salvation

There is only one way to be saved, and that’s the Bible Way.

The Bible Way to be Saved:
BELIEVE you are a sinner having sinned against Almighty God (Romans 3:23; 1 John 1:10). Sin isn’t just a mistake or “nobody’s perfect”. Sin is direct disobedience to God, and you are guilty.

BELIEVE that you are worthy of the wages that God has ordained are the consequences of your sin against Him, and these wages are death, hell, and the lake of fire for all eternity – literally (Romans 6:23a; Hebrews 9:27; 1 Corinthians 15:22; Revelation 21:8).

BELIEVE that, despite your sin, God loves you and has, by His grace, provided the only means to have your sins forgiven and for you to obtain eternal life, and that this is only through the substitutionary death and shed blood of Jesus Christ and His burial and resurrection from the dead (John 3:16; Romans 5:8; John 14:6; Ephesians 2:8-9; 1 Corinthians 15:1-4).

BELIEVE that no effort on your part (that is, no good deeds you perform, no you being a good person, no you trying really hard, including trying to keep the ten commandments) will ever obtain God’s forgiveness for your sin, merit eternal life, or save your soul from hell (Ephesians 2:8-9; Mark 10:18)

If you believe all this with all your heart…

CONFESS all this to God, REPENT of your sin, and CALL upon the Lord Jesus Christ to save you (Romans 10:9-10,13; 2 Corinthians 7:10).
